Major Responsibilities:-
• Import clearing / custom’s clearance procedures.
• Export, re-export & Cross Trade procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers / customers.
• Liaise with Quality inspection Companies like BIVAC, SGS, and COTECNA to get the product certified/Pre-shipment inspections according to the rules & regulation of the importing / exporting country.
• Liaise with Freight Forwarders & Shipping Lines to get competitive freight rates for import, re-export and cross trade.
• Timely execution for Export / Cross Trade Loadings to expedite the system.
• Managing Export LC documents, DA, CBD with Exceptional knowledge of import/export rules of GCC and African Countries.
• Liaise with bank to maintain healthy relationship and smooth/timely transactions.
• Liaise with Dubai Chamber of Commerce for different activities.
• Liaise with Insurance Company to get the Marine shipments insured.
• Prioritize to clear import containers keeping in mind the free port time & current DOs.
• Allocation of funds received to the related customer’s account.
• Managing commercial activities like timely payment to shipping lines & freight forwarders.

• Trained 2 persons in supply chain management to join the team.
• Expedite and well-organized the procedure of supply chain maintaining healthy relation with supplier, freight forwarders, shipping lines & customers.
• Got appreciated in writing by different export customers due to well-timed response and deliveries of orders.
• Certificate of achievement (Trade finance workshop) organized by Sharjah Islamic Bank.
