Develop Road Safety culture and commitment of colleagues, hauliers and drivers

Leading logistics centralization project (Customer Service, Process, Tools, Staff)
Ensure a high level of service for customer orders and internal transfers
Implement Transport Management System (TMS) project
Define processes and operating modes and ensure their respect
Assess and go with hauliers in their Safety maturity and operational performance
Develop standards and operational tools to manage and secure daily operations
Steering of « Packaging Logistics in plants » project
State of play, Best Practices, experience feedback in factories and offices
Define and validate the reference table and deploy it in 10 major plants (Europe)
Define standards and implement continuous improvement approach
Make reliable inventory flows in plant entry and exit (packaging and empty bags)
Secure internal flows from the line side to the loading docks in plants
Ensure the coherence between plant inventory and indirectly at suppliers locations
Logistic key-interface for suppliers
Update the packaging in ERP systems: reduce irregularities from 1500 to 50,
LEAN workshops of flows’ optimization: Conversion Big Volumes into Small Trays (+500 k€) & Screw recycling: win of 150 k€/year,
Calculation of logistics costs in order to select suppliers,
Manage reverse logistics of packaging & Inbound flows (create milk runs)
Steering works on the assembly chain: coordination, planning, work organization,
Transport solutions for Sales department and daily operations management
Manage and improve the suppliers flows,

Organize the preparation board for 12 warehousemen
Design of a complete solution to manage samples:
Define the processes and the operating modes, Training of the staff
