• Manage to upload sea & air manifest, free zones, import, export, re-export and transit bills through Dubai trade e-clearance in Mirsal I & II with strong knowledge of all type of Customs documentations & HS tariffs codes.
• Manage for Complete Follow up of Customs Deposits, Standing Guarantees for Import for Re-export, Transit, Ex-Free Zone and its Refunds and for Surveying and Inspecting the Cargo along with Customs Officials and Airport / Seaport Authorities.
• Identify the Grey Area of Operations and Recommend Solution to the issue identified to the higher authority. Analyze and Propose in the existing Procedure & system to the Management through day to day interaction in order to ensure the increase levels of productivity and profitability and Take necessary steps to provide a high quality of service to the Customer without Compromising the Statutory Obligation. Resolves, Explain and settle conflicts between Customer and Operations Procedure to ensure Complete Customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring and Operating the Projects of Valuable Clients of Exhibition Cargo through out the U.A.E. Specially Well Versed to manage the team of " Time Sensitive Shipments "
• Implemented KPI for all operational section & proper invoiced transactions through Control System.
