- Working on project for a banking domain client where responsible for developing UI exactly the same as the designed provied by the product owner (Invision app used for UX design).
- Developing application in a way that the components can be reused and the code is optimized for better performance.
- Developing test cases and testing the application manually as well with all the possible scenarios that an end user can perform on the application.
- Developing state using redux library such that the data which needs to be available throughout the application is availalble while ensuring that unnecessary call for state update are avoided so that the data is intact and the application can be used with best performance possible.
- Working with backend team to help them understands client requirements who then designs APIs in Java for fetching the data and showing it on UI.
- Utilizing JavaScript ES6, ReactJs, Redux, React Hooks, Styled components, CSS, JIRA, Docker, VSCode, WebStorm, and PostMan tools in daily work life to complete the tasks.
- In addition to front-end E2E development, developing the service layer (This is a layer between API and Front end which utilizes the APIs and only returns the data as needed by UI) using NodeJs and getting hands on knowledge on the same.
- In addition to this, working with newly added members to the team (Mostly freshers) to help them understand the code and working with them to write optimized code following best coding practices and helping them whenever they need any help.
- Writing test cases using Jest, Enzyme for React Components and Custom Hooks.
- Worked on a project for a travelling domain client where the applicaion was used to transfer the money from one currency to another (eg. USD to INR).
- Developed the application exactly the same as the designs were provided by the Client (Figma used for UX designs).
- Developed the multitenancy of the application such a way that different country's users see a different UI/theme based on their client code and country name. In this multitenancy we handled styles of section, buttons, labels, fonts, loader, drop down, notifications as required by the client's end client.
- Developed the state of the application such that all the required data needed throughout the application was always available.
- Worked with React routers such that the code is optimized and the unnecessary data was not loaded on the UI unless requested. This helped in the application performance optimization.
- Worked with bounce library such that the API calls are limited and only made when necessary. This helped in optmizing the code, better performance and avoid of the unnecessary state updates.
- Developed the adding a beneficiary flow independently where a user can add, edit, delete a beneficiary to whom the user can transfer the money as well as can receive from the beneficiary.
- Utilized JavaScript ES6, ReactJs, Redux, React Hooks, Styled components, CSS, JIRA, VSCode, and PostMan tools in daily work life to complete the tasks.
- Helped the team to overcome the blockers in the daily scrum call as well as learned a lot from the tech leads and architects following best code practices.
- Egain is a product based company where company develops a product named egain which is a customer engagement software which helps the customers to help their end customer to engage with support team for any query they have. This included chat, email, knowledge base (customer self service).
- Egain also has a tool named analytics which helps the same customers to track what their end customers looked for, how many time they interacted with agents, what was their experience and how long did it took to solve a user's query/complaint. This tool generates the reports which then can be looked into by customers to improve customer engagement.
- Worked with clients to develop customizations on top of the chat and KnowledgeBase templates as and when requested by the clients. This involved changing the UI and context of the website based on the requirement.
- Worked with QA and Support team to provide fixes for the product and templates reported by either QA team, Support team and Customers.
- Worked with the Cloud team to provide SQL scripts such that the proactive monitoring is in place for the system. This included if the DB is full or down or any specific module of the cloud customers are down.
- Worked with cloud team to provide hotfixes immediately for blocking/high-impacting issues on the cloud system.
- Worked with cloud team for go-live of the customers who goes into the production with the product.
- Worked with Professional services team to help and understand the client requirements and making changes on the UI to accommodate their requirements.
