Currently part of the WW ISV/OEM team in Oracle which is a $500M+ group within Oracle. We are responsible for driving revenue and incremental business within our partner base with emphasis on Tier2/Tier3 accounts. I am responsible for approximately 25% of the overall revenue targets.

• Responsible for selling Oracle technology products & Infrastructure Solutions within the Independent Software Vendor (ISVs) and OEM markets
• Understanding ISVs Product Architecture and Identifying Technology needs, positioning complimentary products, going to market.
• Sell Oracle’s Distribution & Hosted (SAAS, Cloud Computing) Business Models to ISVs/OEMs
• Manage a team of 20 Partner Account Managers

• Successfully grew the business 20% growth in Revenue and 30% in New Business.

• Consistently met targets QoQ against all KPIs
