Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for level-2 and level-3 support of Abdul Latif IT Infrastructure that include customized application and system administration.

•Finding solution to problem is it through creating a desktop shortcut or fixing a major fault on the operating system.
•Installation of all types of DeskJet, Dot-matrix and Laser Jet printers
•Providing solution for application based on remote Citrix Servers.
