Ensuring material received from supplies is strictly in accordance with specification stipulated in the purchase orders.
☞ Issuance of materials of section according to issue requisition notes issued by material planning department and updating records in the systems.
☞ Verify the accuracy of inventory record to ensure the physical stock matches with computers system stock.
Ensure protection of materials from fire damage by dust bad weather condition deterioration or theft.
☞ Booking materials from stock as per stock booking request issued by technical and planning department.
☞Arrange systematic location and different storing for fast moving materials
☞ Conducting material inventory/physical verification and updating in the informatics systems.
☞ Minimize obsolescence, surplus and scrap through proper codification and handling.

☞ Documentation of receipt, issuance and transfer of material an incoming & outgoing documents.
☞ Documentation / processing of material requisition and raising Material indent with codification / specification to procurement department.

To familiarize stock coding, classification and procedures stock supplies, spare parts and equipment.
To check and locate the new arrival of materials and supplies, spare parts and equipments.

To check and maintain proper arrangement storing of material and supplies, spare parts and equipment strode in the proper designated bins, shelves and storage facility.
