• Mobile Prepaid plans business configuration, testing & commercial launch
• Subscribers’ behavior trending Churn Analysis for retention
• Network alarm monitoring and Service Provisioning enhancement
• Database Administration and Network traffic rules’ optimization
(BSNL & MTNL projects)
Key Responsibilities
•O&M of Alcatel core switching systems (OCB-283 and E-10-MM)
•Onsite servers up-gradation and maintenance (Major upgrade to version R24)
•Server backup, configuration and switch over to new version on live network
•Liaison with customer for product/service enhancement, training & workshops
• C-DOT fixed line switch integration and user acceptance testing
• Artificial call scenarios testing, card integration and test cases
• Server deployment onsite, field support and O&M support
