Development and Implementation of Global Project for Private Brand (HIVE):

• Maintain and Implement Quality Management system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in Laboratory.
• Responsible for dealing with the government authorities for the certifications & renewal.
• Ensuring Compliance with different regulatory authorities, NABL (ISO 17025), BIS, EIC, FSSAI etc.

• Identifying relevant quality - related training needs and competency mapping.
• Involved in planning & recording of Internal Quality checks, proficiency tests, & Inter laboratory
comparisons (ILC).
• Developed a software i.e. Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which could be used by
laboratory to optimize the day to day operations for efficient time & resource utilization and
productivity.
• Development and verification of FSSAI Specifications in LIMS.
• Engaged in implementation of short term LSS Projects and planning of new LSS projects for smooth
functioning of lab operations.
• Act as authorized signatory in absence of the LAB Manager for all billing & invoicing.
