needs to offering the job.

Read and research the top industry news, trends and practices.
Handle and retain a positive relationship with third parties and suppliers for recruitment services.
Maintain appropriate candidates records and create tracking reports for all search actions and initiatives.
Implement initiatives that help market the organization name and brand.
Assist in the management and administration of candidate tracking files.
Provide department managers/ heads with the best candidates for the available vacancies.
Develop job descriptions as and when required.
Pre- screen CVs before sending it across to the department heads.
Hire employees using SAP.
Enroll employee fingerprint into the system.
Maintain employee data in the system as well as individual hard files.
Comply with recruitment policies and procedures.
Create bank account for labours, technicians and other staff once they stamp the residence under the company, reissue lost and/or damaged cards, and cancel the cards at the time of resignation/termination.
Use different tools to search for qualified candidates such as search engines and social network.
Maintain and update job seekers database.
Contact candidates when a new vacancy arises.
Schedule and arrange interviews between management and candidates (telephonic, face to face, and Skype Interviews)
