Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for the organization Stores, Aftersales and production
division and fill positions from officers to drivers, technicians and labors category up to the
management level.
• Identify the job vacancies reported from various division heads or reported turnover and match
it with the yearly approved budgeted manpower.
• Advise department Managers and employees on recruitment cycle, policies and procedures.
• Create, update and maintain CV & recruitment Database.
• Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases,
networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
• Post Job vacancies on the employee portal and update recruitment section on the company
website
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills and
proficiency & verify qualifications with position requirements as per the job description.
• Conduct skill tests when necessary.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Coordinate all necessary arrangements for new joining employees, such as but not limited to
employment offers, contract, appointment letter, orientation schedule, other documents and
arrangements as per the new joiner checklist
Manpower Planning & Admin Activities
• Team planning for all categories in the divisions as per the store sales and seasons based
on productivity, performance, attitude and skills.
• Creating, reviewing, discussing and updating the yearly manpower for the company and all
divisions.
• Preparing and updating all SOP for the company as per the business of the division and making
sure that they are followed and practiced.
• Reviewing and updating all policies and procedures for the employees in the company.
• Follow up with the mandoop for the visa transfers of the new joiners and renewals of existing
employees.
• Prepare all required documents needed for transfer of residency.
• Prepare orientation programs for newly joined officer, stores and senior level employees.
• Monitor and ensure the proper and effective implementation of the orientation program.
• Issue and follow-up on the receipt of the 60 and 100 days appraisal forms and Prepare
Appointment letter / termination letters accordingly.
• Ensure that job tasks and expectations, policies and procedures, company vision, values, country
culture and regulations are communicated clearly to the new employees.

• Prepare demand Letters, service agreements, authorization and other related documents with coordination to the Concerned Embassies for the hiring of employees from the respective countries.
