- Managing end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on IT, Banking, Aviation, Real Estate, Government entities, and Telecom sectors within the GCC market, encompassing the UAE, Qatar, and KSA.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, document collection, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for consultants.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates, fostering transparency and professionalism.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies through continuous learning.
Additionally, recruiting for non-technical positions such as Senior Remittance Assistant, KYC Consultant, IT Procurement Specialist, Customer Service, Customer Success, Financial Analyst, and Administrative Assistant, Finance Manager, BDM etc.
- Managing the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilizing various channels like job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, company mapping, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Maintaining and generating reports on a regular basis, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports on interview status, closure, and feedback.
- Providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates for their consideration.
- Leading and managing a team of 3-4 members, overseeing their performance and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
- Managing client accounts for prominent organizations like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Xoriant Solutions, Motherson Technologies, Deloitte, Knoldus Software, Thermofisher Scientific, R Systems International, and others.
- Handling recruitment for various IT skills, including Java, .Net, React, UI & mobile development, DevOps, Azure Data Engineer, JavaScript, frontend and backend technology, Oracle APPS DBA, Oracle Fusion SCM/Finance/HCM, SAP FICO, SAP ABAP, etc.
- Managing end to end IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Sourcing and screening the potential candidates through job portals, Naukri
& LinkedIn recruiter, employee referrals, company mapping, networking.
- Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports such as interview status, closure
and feedback reports.
- Good experience in Account management.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers & technical teams.
- Raising billing invoice to the clients
Admin Responsibilities:
- Handle complete onboarding and Induction process for the organization.
- Generating employee’s biometric ID.
- Employee database management.
- Manage joining formalities, exit formalities, preparation of offer letters, experience
letter, reliving letter, confirmation letter etc.
- Coordinate with bank for opening salary accounts for new employees.
- Sending birthday mails, work anniversary mails, festival mails etc.
- Create official email id of new joiners.
- Leaves and attendance management.
- Handling petty cash.
- Perform multitasking
Assist to HR Manager for manage Recruitment activities, joining and exit
formalities etc.
- Handle the biometrics software for enrollment of employees.
- Time and Attendance Management of Employees.
- Update employee database.
- Attending and transferring the calls to the respective people.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Maintain petty cash / expense sheets.
- Receiving and sending mails and confirm the receipt and delivery of the same.
- Assist to the sales team for preparing daily collection reports.
- Attend meetings, take and records minutes of meetings and distribute the same as instructed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure that supply is ordered on time.
- Vendor Management: Arrange for payments of contractors and vendors by liaising with accounting department.
- Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date & order for fresh stock.
- Maintain weekly schedules for employees.
