- ITIL Implementations mentoring.
- ITIL Training (Foundation + Intermediate + MALC).
- IT Strategic Planning Consultation.
- ISO 20000 Implementations.
- Planning and Managing Services Delivery and Operation.
- Working as senior project manager and consultant, responsibilities includes providing consultation for managing, developing, running and maintaining the IT projects with vendors.
- Prepare the future strategic plans for IT Department.
- Business Process Analysis and Improvement and Solid understanding of business practices.
Preparing project proposals, budget, planning and resource allocation
- Performing process maturity assessments, gap analysis, risk assessments and creating ITSM roadmaps.
- Service desk management, seat management, functional analysis, ITSM operating modeling, information exchange definition, business process reengineering and ITSM tool evaluations.
- Coordination of multi-site teams and/or contractors working on various phases of the project.
- Cost-effective planning and scheduling for project completion with a logical pattern for resources utilization.
- Progress tracking and control to achieve completion of project within time and budget. Report to stakeholders and upper management about progress and any necessary plan modifications.
