• Develop multi-channel Brand Communication Strategy including comprehensive digital strategy & media content
development (Website, Google, social media, video ads, media posts…etc) to enhance SGS image, develop SGS
products recall and strengthen overall brand equities.

• Develop and lead internal communications plans and engagement strategies in cooperation with cross-functional
departments (HR, IT, Safety & Security, Operation, Commercial) to effectively engage, raise loyalty and awareness
among SGS employees.
• Lead execution of SGS external events from; theme creation, execution of displays, media communication, SGS key
messages/content & ensure that it meets the protocol & objective. Such as: GACA Strategy meeting in Riyadh,
Safety Leadership Forum with GACA in Riyad, SGS 2023 Strategy with McKinsey in Jeddah, IATA Ground Handling
Conference in Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Manage & update corporate communication policies & procedures, along with overall SGS Corporate
Communication & Marketing crisis management strategy & media relations
• Pioneer & lead the company in new marketing concept for the first time by sponsoring Jeddah Season (JS) to elevate
the brand equity & convert JS visitors to IKEA store.
• Lead & manage all sponsorship & partnership activities/initiatives with government projects “Ministry of defense,
General Entertainment Authority & Sela Sport”. As well as with relevant brands “Goody, Alnahdi, Dar Alhekma &
TAMARA”.
• Localize IKEA overall communication strategy in line with Global templates & lead execution of IKEA launches during
the year for different themes & products ranges.
• Develop integrated Social Media Strategy/calendar with Omni channel to enhance overall sales (store, App &
digital).
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess (ROI and KPIs)
• Lead brand health tracker process in terms of reporting and analytics to transform consumer’s insights into indicated
actions aligned with commercial teams.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and
potential.

• Lead with PR agencies the company crisis management & have it aligned by top management
• Manage Midwam PR strategy and deployment which involved press releases calendar & producing videos Ads & documentaries about MDL Beast, Into the Kingdom & other Midwams projects.
• Lead the creation of marketing strategy & concept design that, involved key projects with Government entities such as ministry of sports.
• Conducted trials and tests of marketing channels such as paid acquisition, social media and fresh content creation.
• Manage marketing projects at all stages, including conceptual planning, schedule management and final implementation.
• Monitor and analys competitor activity to develop strategies that consistently exceeded sales targets.
