Responsibilities (Project Engineer and Procurement Engineer)
* Managing multiple project’s operations and their production planning (Estimation, Workshop Operations, Procurement planning, ) to complete them on due date.
*Making and studying workshop drawings of product and giving instructions to foreman for manufacturing.

* Making Bill of Quantity for purchase after studying drawing.
* After making Bill of Quantity checking inventory or available stock for production and approving purchase of raw material for production.
* Issuing drawings in workshop and communicating with foreman or supervisor after making schedule of project’s operations.
* Collaborating with vendors for outsourcing of work and manufacturing of sub assembly parts (Bearing Housing, Nylon seals etc)
*Purchasing raw material i.e. Pipe, Sheets, Cutting Tools, Machines etc
*Planning of Production and operations for completing project on time.
*Random Sampling of finished product to make sure the quality of work and communicating with foreman or supervisor.

 Worked as a Auto Cad Designer (R&D Department)  Develop 2D Drawings of the Product (Assembly Drawings, Machining (Workshop) Drawings, Casting Drawings, Detail Drawing) using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment i.e. Auto-Cad (Version 2017/2007)
 3D Modeling (Molds, Patterns, Core Box)
 Designed assembly line for peripheral pump assembly
 Motion study to optimize the production
