KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research the latest Oil & Gas projects and creating new opportunities for developing business inside CICPA areas.
Providing Services to clients having projects inside restricted entry areas like command of military works (CMW), Airbase and ports.
Communicate and generate rapport with clients to meet their requirements made me build good relationships with clients and provide proposals for suitable equipments and machines.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
changing trends.
Strong understanding of services as well as business position and competition to keep business competition.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Servicing the needs of existing customers.
Setting sales volume for team and individual.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to find new Accounts.
Developing sales strategies and setting target.
Develop performance and motivating team to reach targets.
Dealing with Key Accounts more responsibly.

Managing sales team performance by providing regular sales training, mentoring and follow up activities
Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms to customers by using established process

Display solutions based sales presentation by truly understanding client needs and providing custom fit packages

Prepare reports of business transactions and expense accounts within specified time frame
Coordinate with appropriate Rental Center functions to prepare sales contracts, other documentation and/or collection for
orders and projects
Coordinate customer and project specs with internal operational personnel to ensure that the objective of the project is
accomplished in accordance with the customer’s schedule and needs
Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts/activities and transactions
Prepare accurate and current progress reports to management on the status of all pending opportunities and critical
customer-related activities
Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using job related manuals
Conducting research and feasibility study to forecast a realistic revenue projection
Searching business opportunities, identifies and analyzing sales option
Responsible to produce effective sales from contractors located all over UAE such as Ruwais, Baraka and Northern
Emirates RAK and Fujairah
Prepare business presentations, reports and price quotations
To maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, personnel and Structure
Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
Developing product concentric selling strategies
Attend customer complaints and forward the feedback to the corresponding category managers
Plan, develop and implement tactical promotions and integrated marketing programs
Co-ordinate with company staff or Departments and accomplish the work required to translate an opportunity into sales
Collection and follow ups on outstanding and payments and making sure that the cheque are cleared on time
Perform any other administrative support tasks as directed by hierarchy
