As part of my course requirements: A Research study on "Enhancement of Customer Relationship and Brand Engagement through Social Media in Organisations" as part of my Final Project helped me develop knowledge about various kinds of Social media and also how organizations utilize them to improve their Customer relations and Brand Image Completed a literature review study on "Consumer Responses to Touch", taking into consideration various aspects of Consumer Buying Behaviour and Consumption Pattern, The different kinds of Touch and also the Positive and Negative outcomes of touch on consumers and was also awarded with a Distinction for it. A few other studies related to Public Relations, Market Survey and Research, Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communication and Cases were also completed. Completed a study on one of the most famous and leading Travel Agency in Australia called "Student Flights" and produced an Advertisement Brief as part of my Grades for University. Completed the course requirement of my Masters and graduated with 70.24% in December 2014. .
