Provide 2nd line and 3rd level IT technical support; answering support quires via phone, email IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers and local area networks, and Active DirectoryExperience of installation and maintenance of Local, Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN) And Servers/Clients.Troubleshooting networks, systems and applications

Provide support to contact center and NOC and costumer care centers.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, workstations, Notebook, BlackberrySupport the backup and recovery strategy for the enterprise
Computer hardware problem analysis
Review and update any configurations and procedures related to the network and desktop systems
Provide Local and Remote Troubleshooting in LAN, WLAN & System Issues.
Respond to enquiries from clients and help them and resolve and hardware or software problems.
Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 8, XP Deployment, Support and Troubleshoot
Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support.
Monitor server performance and availability.
Ensure Windows server availability compliance to Service Level Agreements.
Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and installing applications.
Promote and maintain server patch management practices.
Provide metrics for capacity management purposes.
Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate.
Support and maintain Active Directory.
Knowledge and support of Group policy.
Provide Windows Exchange Email Server Support.
Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate
Support Galileo & Amadeus
Designs, installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure.
Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
Prepares budget needed for district networking needs.
Evaluates, tests, and recommends appropriate technology for use in the company environment.
Installs and tests computers and related network hardware in a networked environment.
Installs and tests approved software and software upgrades in a networked environment.
