Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Participate /perform stagewise and final inspection of the installed Equipment
• Ensure that a Non-conformities (NCRS) identified are effectively addressed and closed
• Inspection of Elevators, Window cradle, Escalator, Dumb Waiter, Generator, Welding Machine, Cutting Machine, Angle Grinders, Rotary Hammer etc.
• Review and comment on technical Queries
• Assist in work winning plans, sales and marketing initiatives, proactively seek opportunities especially with new customers
• Create opportunities for strategic working partnership.
• work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
• Support the Business growth initiative.
Helping the team understand performance targets and goals.
• Scheduling work hours and shifts.
• Assisting in resolving emergencies. For example, a quality or a customer problem may
be escalated to the team supervisor for handling.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management
• Create opportunities for strategic working partnership.
