The design of the mechanical system for blast resistant buildings, sanitary lifting station, hvac system, plumbing, and drainage system for Takreer Ruwais Refinery ( RRE & RRW).
• Responsible for successful execution EPC project from Design (FEED& DD) Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and until handing over.
• Preparation of Data collection report, Basis of Design, Deliverable list, P&ID, PFD, Operation Philosophy, Tender Documents, Project Specifications and Datasheet.
• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP sessions, Technical Bid Evaluation, Interface, Technical and Progress meetings.
• Review of Design calculation, Shop drawings, Material approval and Site inspection for HVAC, Public Health, Fire Protection and LPG system.
• Design of Fire protection system for Oil storage tanks and Helipad as per BP GP 24-23, 24-10, CAP 437 and NFPA 10, 11, 13, 20, 30 and 2001.
• Design and construction of Jet A1, ULG 91, 95 & Diesel Oil storage tanks as per API 650 and LPG Piping.
• Participate in FAT and SAT for various Rotating and Static equipment such as Diesel Generator, Fire pumps, Hydrocarbon Fuel Pumps, Chilled Water pumps, Air Cooled Chillers, SWRO and STP Plants.
Review and Approval of Design of Basis, Specifications, Calculations, Operation Philosophy etc, referring to International Standards and ADMA OPCO specifications.
Review and approval of Detail Engineering Drawings, P&ID, PFD, Tie-in points, Piping layout, Isometric drawing, IFC drawings for Diesel Generator(2.1 MW), STP(100M3/day ), SWRO(100M3/day), sewage and combined effluent lifting stations, Fire fighting pumps etc.
Design review of Helideck fire fighting system such as Water Foam Monitor, Foam bladder Tank, Foam station ( as per CAP 437, BP GP 24 23), Automatic sprinkler system, Clean Agent Fire suppression system( NOVEC 1230, Co2), Diesel Fire pumps, Jockey pumps as per NFPA standards.
HSE Induction training offered by ADMA OPCO for offshore projects.
Interface Meeting with Other EPC CONTRACTOR and VENDOR.
FAT & SAT Diesel generator, SWRO, Fire Pumps, Chilled water Pumps and preparation of punch list.
Site inspection and monitoring the progress works and reporting to the PMC Team Leader and PMT.
Installation of Rotating and Static equipment such Air cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Recirculation pumps, Central Water Heater, Expansion Tanks, Ventilation / Extract fans and blowers as per the drawings and project specifications.
Hydro testing of chilled water pipes, firefighting pipes and plumbing and drainage pipes.
Installation of air distribution ducting system with splitter dampers, volume control damper, Fire damper, sound attenuator, air outlets etc..
Testing and commissioning of HVAC system, firefighting, LPG, plumbing and drainage system.
Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved Shop Drawing, Method of Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Site inspection of testing (ITR), Material Verification Reports (MVR) as per the Material Approval Request (MAR).
Assist in the implementation of the ADNOC safety and quality policies.
Preparation of snag list and reviewing the As-built, Close-Out Reports.
Execution of all mechanical related works such as HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, LPG and Irrigation systems for high rise building, villas and infrastructure projects.
Mobilizing man power, material at the site and preparing daily reports.
Monitoring the sub-contractor work progress, checking the quality of work as per specification and approved drawing.
Preparation of method statements and payment certificates for all mechanical systems.
Follow up with sites, consultants, suppliers, material ordering and delivery.
Preparation of shop drawings and As- built drawings.
