• Overseeing the vacancy announcement, manpower planning, internal recruitment, personal interviews of applicants, developing training and development strategies in consultation with the regional operations team and ensure adequate staffing to ensure smooth operation.
• Planning, designing, directing and delivering training and development programs including customer service, supervisory skills and managerial skills development programs etc. to accomplish the organization’s goals.
• Identification of trainings gaps through training needs analysis, customer surveys, regular store visit, interaction with staff at various roles and prioritization of training requirements
• Identification of high potential individuals & preparing them ready to take up any managerial role by driving Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program- LEAP - a LULU group initiative
• Developing individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment / Performance assessment.
• Evaluating employees’ performance, training effectiveness and developing new modules/ updating existing the materials to enhance training impact & employees performance
• Preparing and presenting the periodic report of training programs, training cost, and training effectiveness.
Coordinating and delivering training programs to accomplish the organization’s goals.

Responsible to ensure sales competency and skill development for the outlet team.
•Lead, drive and embed a customer focused sales and customer Service culture and ensure effective coaching to improve the performance.
•Successful embedding and adoption of effective Being Bigger and Better sales management routines and disciplines.
Achieving marketing, sales & operational objectives; accountable for monthly performance metrics in sales within the territory.
•Analyzing market information, developing marketing plan, setting sales targets for the team, actively support and motivate them to generate maximum sales and to meet their targets
•Holding meeting with sales team to plan and implement strategies for achieving sales target.
•Collecting customer feedbacks, attending to customer complaints and ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
