• Network design & architecture
• Network support (routing, switching, wireless), implementation and administration of corporate networks
• Providing technical advice, guidance and technical leadership in relation to capacity planning, business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning
• Perform a wide range of duties on network devices including install, debug, maintain, upgrade and general support
• Architect and support WAN connectivity to remote sites
• Support of VPN technologies including SDWAN, IPSEC

• Maintains documentation of the companies LAN/WAN infrastructure and security policies
• Coordinate with other hardware and software vendors/professionals relating to network and telecommunication platforms.
• Coordinate with Windows platform team for AD, DNS, DHCP etc.: - requirements
• Deploy, troubleshoot, support, optimize, and administer telecom services (CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Telephony, Video, Mobility solutions, Associated Sever Hardware, VMware, Voice Gateways, CUBE etc.)
• Deploy, troubleshoot, support, optimize, and administer telecom services (for Mitel IP PBX (MXe III/MCD) and legacy TDM PBX (SX 2000)
• Create, analyze, and troubleshoot call flows and call detail records within a multi-component environment
• Analyze future requirements and test new Telecom products/functionality
• Design, implement and troubleshoot related voice/video protocols like MGCP, H323, SIP, video protocols, etc.
• Support and maintain ISDN Digital Trunks and Analogue Trunks.
• Support Video conferencing management services/platforms
• Create and maintain related technical and procedural documentation
• Administration and maintenance of Passive structured network cabling infrastructure
• Coordinate with MOC/ISP service providers
• Administration and maintenance of low voltage systems Wireless/Radio Systems, Electronic Door Access Control, CCTV System, PA System, IP Clock, IP TV, AV System, Intercom, BMS etc.: -
•Maintaining inventory records of network and voice devices.
• Follow ITIL based work process
•Installation, Maintenance, Programming and Troubleshooting for HF/VHF/UHF (ICOM, KENWOOD, YAESU, ALICO) Wireless Systems, long range Cordless Telephones (SENAO) and CB Radios.
•Modern Service center with Test Equipments HP 8920A Communication Test Set, CRO and various other Meters.
•Administration and maintenance of Integrated Services Business PABX systems (Tadiran Coral ISBX-2000 lines); Docket Booking System, Telephone Directory System, CAP & Telephone billing, speech circuits, ISDN and leased lines from PSTN.
•Voice Mail System, ACD and Computer Telephony Integration -CTI systems; Radio Base Stations for wireless extensions using DECT standard.
•Multiplexers, Line drivers and Modems used for interfacing PSTN and PABX for leased lines
•Assembling, Calibration and troubleshooting of Medical Electronics Equipments (Defibrillator, Bedside monitor and ECG)
