Analysis customer environments and generating interest/sales in office 365. Process eventually to turn into SOP for sales lead generation. Determine most cost-effective licensing agreements dependent on client needs, plan and facilitate migration to new Office 365 plans. Provided System Administration for Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business online, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, EOP, ATP and all required technologies. Worked with Office 365 Tenant implementation with Azure AD Connect and troubleshot Directory Synchronization. MDM/Intune Management and Development and support also worked on conditional access. Performed PowerShell Scripts to automate processes and tasks. Troubleshoot/resolve escalated Help Desk issues relating to Office 365 and Knowledge transfer to Service Desk team (POC). Coordinated with Level 1 technical support specialists to take over customer call to ensure support service. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction to visit customer premises and remotely, also handle critical scenario through Microsoft Support Team. Assisted clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
