Responsibilities :
• Activating new numbers both prepaid and postpaid, Temporary Deactivation, Restoration, Value added services addition & cancellation and changing issues. Scratch Card problems, Top-up/deduction for Package Migration.
• Troubleshooting or handling customer queries by maintaining liaison between Front Desk and Engineering Dept. to provide solutions for customers various complain along with other branches and points of customer care division.
• Different types of inter and intra department communication with Corporate /Business Aid team, Channel sales regarding various issues such as special or quick-service activations, IDD without deposit, LIC or different requirements of revenue team, all types of approval memo related issues with executions etc.
• Distributing or sharing ideas and work load among colleagues to complete works within the given time frame along with short-cut techniques.
• Assessing, preparing and maintaining different internal projects, reports like daily, weekly and monthly basis or any special requirements for better Customer Care Management
Responsibilities :
• Providing Customer Service for Air and Sea Freight.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Assisting Sales team with price quotation. Planning for cargo. Space booking with main shipping lines & airlines.
• Maintaining liaison between Buyer and Supplier, Invoicing etc.
Responsibilities :
• Providing Customer Service for Air Passengers by reserve seats into the Customer Reservation System (Passengers Name Records).
• Air Ticketing.
• Preparing Package Tours etc.
• Calculating different travel fares.
