Project Description: The Lusail Development Light RAIL system is part of the overall Lusail Project being developed by Qatari Diar to create a new city of 200, 000 people on 35km² of land to the north of Doha, Qata. Lusail 6.6km of underground Tunnel and 7 Underground Station.
Project Cost: (3.0 Billion U.S. $).

DUBAI METRO PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND STATION AND CUT&COVER TUNNEL.
(DUBAI RAPID LINK CONSTORIUM) Supervision of the structure construction in Burjuman Station (30M depth from existing ground level, including two level crossing RED LINE and GREEN LINE)concourse level, Entrances and Cut and Cover Tunnels (RED—800m and GREEN—360m).
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Construction of Tunnel Structure by using top down method, Reporting to Construction Manager
Technical Coordination and Execution for Tunnel Structure such as, Base Slab, Retaining wall, Track bed concrete, roof slab and parapet wall.
Responsible for construction of station buildings.
Involved in five major traffic diversion for construction activity .Construction of temporary and permanent roads.
Planning and supervision of utilities diversion such as electrical, telephone, water, drainage and irrigation.(also involved in different types of shoring system for utilities diversion)
Execution of Earth Work Supporting system such as Diaphragm Wall and strutting.
Monitoring of dewatering system and monitoring of water level periodically. Involved in soil investigation by using SPT Method.
Supervision of water proofing works for tunnel and back filling works.
Preparing work packages and other construction related information in a timely manner as required to support the work schedule
Monitoring and inspecting construction operations to ensure compliance with design documents Controls distributes and files drawings, specifications and other design documents
Maintaining liaison with the design engineer to schedule and coordinate the release for construction of design documents in support of the construction schedule
Preparation of schedule for 3 month look ahead programme
Checking and Approve the Quantities for subcontractor bill to assisting Commercial team
Preparation of material take off and request for construction and form works
Preparation of material, manpower and machinery forecast
Responsible for the construction of the two bridges and east coast road construction
Execution of Sub structure and Super structure for Bridges
Preparation of three month look ahead programme
Preparation of productivity reports and assist planning team for preparation of as built programme to analysis status of project
Computing engineering calculations required for the drafting work
Follow-up and Coordination with Design and Procurement for Approved construction and temporary work drawings and material delivery
Preparation of material, manpower and machinery forecast
