Project : RasGas Project (Train 6, 7 & AKG2)
* Prepare correspondences in E-COSMOS to Subcontractors as well as
client to transmit Engineering and vendor’s Documents
* Register Incoming and Outgoing documents in to Document Control
Center’s Database
* Receive technical documents from subcontractors and client and
scrutinize the documents to ensure that the document is respecting all
the rules described in document control procedure, document numbering
procedure and review and approval procedure of the project.
Project : RasGas Project (TRAIN 3, 4, 5 and AKG1)-Qatar
* Carries out routine filing
* Receive documents from client and subcontractor & Prepare
transmittals to subcontractor and client as well
* Make a log for all the incoming and outgoing correspondences
