Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

Spearheading outlets serving up to 200 covers at any given period throughout the day
Leading the Sales & Marketing agenda of all seven restaurants situated within the hotel
Leading 57 staff members (32 F & B + 25 Sales & Marketing)
VVIP guest’s itinerary planning and operation enforcement
Responsible for a high volume venue serving up to 250 guests at any given time and generating revenue of approx. 80, 000 Saudi Riyals per day
Overseeing and scrutinizing the store management system
Directing ISO 9001 implementation at the restaurant
Preparing o f Build-to, ordering verification, and ensuring daily KPIs are met.
Overseeing the internal auditing & CRM systems
