DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall Execution & supervision of all Electrical Installation which includes of, Transformer, Switchgears, Motor, Cable, Plant
Lighting, Earthing, Battery & UPS System, Cathodic Protection.
Supervise and ensure that all electrical Installation activities are performed in compliance with related standard and
approved Procedures
Ensure availability of proper tools, spares and consumables for all the activities and proper use of various types of electrical
equipment and PPE as specified in PTW & method statements and also inspect the materials procured to ensure that they
meet the Specifications.
Plan and supervise day to day Scheduled Installation activities and Prepare work permit based on the job schedule, job
plans, allocate work, initiate near miss reports and conduct toolbox talk meetings to ensure understanding of the daily work
tasks.
Preparation of Method Statement and Reviewing of JSA
Preparation and estimation of material to be purchased as per the site requirement.
Preparing and Submitting work plan and manpower to client.
Ensure all works are done in accordance with national electrical code (NEC), SAES, and national electrical manufacturers
association (NEMA), construction procedures and specification.
Installation of MV Panels, Transformers, Generators, LV Panels, MCC Panels, UPS Panels, ACWL Panel, Capacitor Bank
Panels, Inverter Panels, SMDB’s, ESMDB’s, Fire Alarm Panels.
Make the required design changes in project design based on site conditions, dynamically adjust designs and obtain the
client approvals.
Preparing Project billing & Costing as per the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Quality checking and certifying running bills.
