To create documentation, maintain records, implement ISO 9001:2008 QMS and BRC, manage the certification process for the various department in business units. Facilitate interdepartmental communication in regards to the QMS implementation. Maintain External\Certification body audit\ re-audit schedule. Create and implement audit schedule and conduct internal QMS audits.
Assist in QMS, BRC and Food Safety Document control requirements
Create Training materials and provide QMS and Food Safety training
Maintain ISO related NCR summary, and oversee the operational NCR process
