payables, related parties, bank books etc )

4. Ensure timely vendor payments with its related
deductions in terms of rebates, achievement discounts,
visibility fees etc..
5. Petty cash disbursement,
6. Credit card reconciliation
7. Prepare, maintain and upkeep all documents in terms
and needs of accounting norms and standards, submit it
to the audit dept as and when it requires.
8. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on
organisational activities to the management.
