- Managing property listings in the software
- Data entry of property units in various locations
- Customer handling, identify their needs and providing proper guidance
- Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing /purchasing property for the right price under the best the terms.
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, Consult clients on market condition.
- Ensure proper customer service being delivered.
- Collecting and handling documents and submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Identifying and making contact with new prospective clients.
- Arranging meetings with prospective and Clients.
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and customers.
- Responding Appropriately to tenant’s issues
- Routine Inspections of the properties to Identify If any maintenance required.
- Reporting to manager
- Ensure the Quality and Quantity of material as per the request.
- Discuss issues with reporting higher management immediately.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Perform sales reporting and analysis.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Promoted sales of properties through advertisement, open houses, multiple listing services and other online advertising platforms.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Developing maintaining customer relationships and managing portfolio of clients.
