• Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output
• Played a key role in taking ECC & CCC measures to conclude projects on time and within budget
• Successfully executed key projects such as Combined Cycle Powerplant and overcame Turn Over Packages (TOP)
• Received several appreciations from clients for SEC (Saudi Electricity Company)
for SEC-East through Saud Consult, at 4742.4 MW Qurayyah combined cycle power plant, Dammam, KSA and performing following activities
•Installation, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical power system equipments according to international and power regulatory authority standards e.g. IEC, IEEE, NFPA, SEC etc.
•Review of scope of work, project quality plan and procedures.
•Review of electrical drawings related to scope of work to update quality control and assurance.
•Review of all Electrical Drawings related to Scope of project work to prepare and update quality control procedure (QCP) and the inspection test plan (ITP).
•Generate non-conformance report (NCR) and observation reports according to quality management procedure (QMP) and project quality procedure (PQP), project technical specifications.
•Review subcontractor or supplier quality document submittals (Quality Plans & Inspection test Plans procedures).
•Review Material and Service Requisitions, bid tabs (including QA evaluation of bids), Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
•Monitoring and reporting the status of implementation of the Project Quality Management System and its effectiveness.
•Check and review construction/installation sketches and/or shop drawings, ensure that the sketches/drawings conform to the project technical specifications and relative standards.
•Coordination with the client representatives regarding quality assurance and control activities.
•Monitoring of inspections & testing to ensure that it is conducted according to relative standard project technical specifications.

•Testing & commissioning of 11 KV/132 KV Grid Station which is feeding & connected to the WAPDA Network.
•Testing & Commissioning of HV/ MV Cables, Transformers, Control Panels and HV/MV Cubicles.
•Overall supervision of E&I activities at site.

•Inspection of materials to ensure quality standards.
