Efficient in cash wrap experience such as ring customer purchases correctly, process rewards and coupons accurately, good handling of merchandise.
Able to identify missing sizes/styles and communicate with Supervisors.
Acknowledge customers with a smile as they approach. Be prepared to answer customer’s inquiry about rewards, promotion and coupons
Able to maintain stocks in their appropriate place on the sales floor, maintain product presentation in area near fitting room
Process new merchandise as it arrives. Keep replenishing products every now and then if needed.
Make sure merchandise is available with properly folded, hanging and with sensoring tag.
Acknowledge Customer as they enter and Help them in finding their size in the stacks when needed.
Able to inform the customer about the store promotions.
Be available for customer assistance if needed.
