Duties & Responsibility:

● Operating ERP System for store inventory.
● Interact with vendors and suppliers.
● Managing, evaluating of Spare parts, MEP and Carpentry stores.
● Handle the recording and maintaining of inventory.
● Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from supplies.
● Review physical inventories periodically.
● Maintain minimum stock level.
● Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
● Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
● Keeps and updates records of good received and issued in EPR system
● Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report.
● Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.
● Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Other duties as assigned:

● Monitor & Renew Third-Party Certificate of Lifting tools.
● Prepare Job card of Equipment and vehicle for Garage.
● Prepare and submit Employees Time Sheet for Salary purposes.
● Reporting bugs in Software to IT department
● Supporting IT Department.

Duties & Responsibility:

● Working with multiple customers at the same time.
● Booking the shipments of the costumers.
● Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
● Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
● Report damaged or missing inventory in software.
● Submit proof of delivery (POD) in Software
● Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries.
● Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged
● Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse.
