Coordinating with Medical Procurement Team for delivering required items & materials to Ahmadi Hospital.
Managing Inventory of the items & ensure pools items are available for emergency requirements using KOC Ebeams Management System and WMS Tracker.
Communicating with the User and Suppliers, generating BQ, doing Enquires evaluation, raising PR, PO and making four years contract with the suppliers BPO for various Teams in Ahmadi Hospital.
Assisting in preparation of Contracts specifications and scope of work for various contracts.
Coordinating with the Suppliers for Hospital Supplies and negotiation of offer price as required.
Developing reports for Management on Reorder quantities, PR/PO status and RFQ stage
Responsible for assisting Business Excellence Director in developing process flows, SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) and Policy Manual in line with Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007) at corporate level.
Responsible for conducting periodic process and system audits with the team of other trained auditors.
Responsible for ensuring that all observations and non-conformities identified during such audits are closed within stipulated timeframe.
Responsible for establishing, coordinating and monitoring QHS management systems across BIG including its subsidiaries through various quality improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs
Responsible for working very closely with BE Director to plan, schedule, and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control related activities
Implement and maintain Integrated Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2008) in JTC Assists the Corporate Quality Health & Safety (QHSE) Manager in conducting timely QMS & HSE audits, its documentation and reporting to Higher Management. Review and develop quality, health and safety policies, procedures and guidance documents, in keeping with best practice and make recommendations on their implementation and application. Identify non compliance and initiate corrective measures. Carry out or arrange workplace quality audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented. Co-operate with visiting quality, health, safety and environmental oficers as required. Provide the Corporate QHSE Manager with monthly reports on non conformance incidents, accidents, health hazards, suggested improvements, costs and other safety initiatives. Review and proofread documents for consistency of document format and system concerns . Perform audits of company areas and processes to confirm compliance with controlled procedures.
Coordinate ISO 9001:2000 Quality assurance activities in the Burhan main ofice and on all projects. Reviews and approves quality related procedures to ensure compliance with the ISO9000 Quality System. Represents Burhan during quality assurance audits conducted by the client or certification agencies. Manages and participates in the ISO9001 required Internal Auditing and monitoring program to verify the efectiveness of the quality program in the main ofice and projects. Identify weak areas and suggest management the necessary corrective & preventive actions. Help internal auditors in reporting the non-conformities and closing of the same. Recommends actions to Burhan personnel to correct observed quality deficiencies or nonconformity to ISO9001:2000. Identifies quality problems, initiates documented action and verifies implementation of solutions.
