Handling overseas consignments along with its documentations (SEA/ AIR/ ROAD)
• Maintaining the freight and other expenses involved in imports & exports at the lower level
through freight consolidation, choosing appropriate shipping method and payment methods

• Manage and achieve the KPI’s as agreed with in the Team for the logistics and supply chain
distribution network, shipments from all over the world
• Conducting weekly toolbox talks as per HSE schedule
• Involved in a 5S/Lean event
• Supervise and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with all relevant legal,
statutory and HSE rules and regulations for all staff, contractors and processes
• Prepare the yearly objectives Reports to the Management

Processing and booking items in EFACS
* Receipting items in EFACS
