 To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
 Responsibilities include both stock handling and pharmacy assistance.
 Assigning the Locators to item Masters to facilitate easy location of materials.
 Checking the availability of items in the store and prepare purchase request to the Purchase Department on a daily basis
 Receiving all the goods from the suppliers with proper documents and invoices.
 All the received goods are entering into the computer at the same time, and making price labels also then issuing the items to the pharmacy according to the consumption.
 Entered invoices and purchase orders are submitting to the purchase department and following proper filing
 Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
 Handle special care items and inventory control for all the stocks
 Taking the responsibility of monthly stock taking for all the goods and sending the inventory reports to the Department Head and Finance Department.
 Checking the Expiry report on monthly basis and replacing the near expiry items from the supplier according to the consumption.
 Receiving requests from the wards, preparing the medicines, issuing and entering it into the system, including the Crash Cart medicines
 Handling the inpatient medicines availability and system entry also.
 Communicate and interact with Client representatives on daily basis for scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments
 Space management, Inventory Accuracy and Optimization of store operations.
 Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital.
