Prepare and maintain technical data sheets, packaging graphics, flyers, brochures, stationeries, etc. in line with corporate guideline. Assist with creation, filing, updating and distribution of standard corporate presentation in line with corporate guideline. Create and develop local magazines and newsletters. Liaise with product managers to create advertisement plan & artworks and make sure to send all the media ads before the deadline. Creation of all graphics works for literature, submission documents, in line with corporate guidelines. Create posters, rollups, popups etc. for the trade shows and events from concept through completion. Create targeted mails shot for specific customer segments. Plan, maintain and update the website. Maintain YouTube channel of the company. Liaise with media, printers, publishers and other suppliers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, newsletters, etc. Sourcing and branding of various promotional items. Assist product managers to develop/update local products as per the corporate procedure. Assist all other marketing activities for the department and company. Various Social Media activities and create/update UI for Mobile application. Assist line manager to organize exhibitions and other events. Brand design for the reseller showroom and distributors. Create all other marketing and promotional materials, for both print and electronic Medias.
Create the concept of advertising for various media. Design the advertising Material like brochure, leaflets, Letter head, visiting cards, Rollups, Banners, light box, posters, vehicle graphics, packaging, etc. Concept for exhibition & display stands. Liaise with production team for the completion of the project. Prepare and print the artwork in various digital printing machines. Keep the record of jobs and deliver the jobs on time. Troubleshooting the computers, administrate the LAN. Maintain the graphics works for web, update web content, etc.
Design the web layouts and develop the content for the websites. Develop static/ dynamic sites. Maintain various sites. Domain and hosting email services for the clients. Give the full support to the company for the completion of the project. Assist the company’s day to day affairs. Give the technical support to the company's other software services. Co-coordinate staff for the BPO projects, and give training and other support for junior staffs and other BPO staffs. Administrate computer network. Design advertising concept for various media. Design advertising materials such as brochures, visiting cards, leaflets, office stationaries, etc. Manage customer relation to ensure the proper service.
