• Managing the definition and expenditure of Delivery Unit Budgets, to achieve cost optimization across services and individual contracts
• Establishing service improvements through automation, including implementing automated Alert Triage and Analysis, Threat Hunting and Vulnerability Management
• Developing real-time dashboards and reporting to track service performance, including Analyst performance, Automation effectiveness and SLA compliance
• Designing new service requirements and architecture, including Hardware and Software to expand service offering and, reduce operational complexity and cost
Key Achievements: Oversaw cybersecurity operations for multiple High-Profile and Critical Sector Organizations during the AFC Asian Cup Qatar - 2023.
