Review and analyze client drawings to understand polystyrene product requirements and project
specifications.
• Extract dimensions and technical details from architectural and construction drawings.
• Prepare accurate material quantity take-offs and cost estimations based on project drawings.
• Coordinate with the sales team after receiving confirmed sales orders to initiate production documentation.
• Develop detailed production/shop drawings for polystyrene elements according to client specifications.
• Ensure all production drawings align with client requirements before releasing them for manufacturing.
• Verify dimensions, design details, and technical specifications to avoid production errors.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions during project execution.
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, production, and management) to ensure smooth project workflow.

Tender Stage
• To evaluate the project requirements and propose a system
• To generate system drawings showing an overall layout of the project including sections and connections
• Generate a full BOQ using part numbers and QTY’s based on the QMS items list
• Input the BOQ into ZOHO to create a QMS quotation to clients or input the BOQ into Excel Cost sheet and
create a Quotation
Project Stage
• Review the construction issue drawings against the tender drawings and identify any variation in design.
• Prepare construction issue layout, sections and connections
• Prepare a works order BOQ using Excel and issue the work order to factory
• Prepare fabrication drawings Using Autocad for issue to the factory
Other duties
• Create the solar mounting structure drawings using Auto cad and SolidWorks
• Create the kit based cost sheet for all QMS system using Excel
• Organize the QMS standard drawing library
• Maintain and update as required the fabrication drawing library
• Prepare standard sections and details for marketing purposes
• Create tender drawings as required using Auto cad and SolidWorks

Contributing to the product design and development of the Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV)
for Indian armed forces.
• Creation of 2D drawings using Auto CAD and Creo 7.0.
• Development of AFV test track drawings using Auto CAD.
Step and Gap obstacle Width Adjustment Block (AFV) 2D drawings using Auto CAD.
• Utilized Creo 7.0 to create 3d models of intricate parts, assemblies of AFV.
• Created CAD drawings using Creo 7.0 & Autocad to convey manufacturing and production configurations.
