• By providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer
• Sales Consultant must understand the product benefits and advantages and should prepare strategies according to it to the sales force and should be able to execute those strategies at right time.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors, latest innovation of the products.
• A working knowledge of Navision ERP system
Handling the customers and patients in an effective manner, in a way there will be no disruptions and discrepancies
Managing the work at billing centers keeping orders
Coordination with the accounting department and fully responsible for the all transactions within the authority
Answered phones greeted and assisted visitors and handled general administrative duties such as mailing, create and maintain filing systems, records and indices including files of confidential nature.
