Roles
• Plan and execute cold and hot commissioning activities for BESS systems including
LCS, MVS, PCS, BMS, EMS and SCADA integration.
• Troubleshoot the BMU, CMU and replaced the new BMU, CMU board.
• Troubleshooting the LCS like condenser fan fault, evaporator fan fault, multi valve
operation fault and replace the power module.
• Handle on the experience battery pack and pcs troubleshooting, battery pack and pcs
replacement activity also.
• Troubleshooting the LC, BSC logger and upgrade the latest version firmware for the
LC, BSC logger.
• Handled the Software upgradation for CMU, PCS, LCS, LC, BSC.
• Handled on experience in RMU operation .
• Replacing and programing the Multi function meter.
• Carried out the open loop and closed loop test for MVS and BESS.
• Carried out the Zone forming activity for each feeder.
• Perform site acceptance test, functional testing and system performance validation.
• Collaborate with EPC project managers, electrical engineers, control system engineers,
and subcontractors during site.
• Configure and calibrate communication signals.
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation such as commissioning checklists, punch
lists, test reports and as built drawings

• Commissioning & operation of Solar power plant, Huawei make BESS (Battery
energy storage system), Huawei make solar inverter, Huawei make PCS(Power
Conversion System), PVH make tracker, 33kv, 13.8 KV breaker .
• Operation of ICE engine and auxiliary system like bio fuel system, air
compressor, cooling water system Lube oil etc.
• Operation, Maintenance & Commissioning of CHINT make PV transformer
(RMU).
• Responsible for inspection, handling shift related operation & maintenance work .
Team coordination an commissioning and operation renewable energy plants like
solar power generation
• Control of regulating the AGC AND AVC regulating in BESS system.
• Proper PTW and proper LOTO permit to check isolate MV, HV, LV for
maintenance
• operation of DCS over all familiarization of the plant
• Safety measures of gas area operation mechanism of all bio gas unit and air compressor
unit, dosing tanker plant
• Adjust controls to generate specified electrical power or to regulate the flow of power
between generating station and sub station
• Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicator to detect evidence operating
problems update the defect report.
