5. PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF QASSIM CRUDE OIL PIPE LINE
Performs QC Inspection activities covering the Civil work portion of the Contract job and ensure the full implementation of the Project Quality Plan under Civil work phase. Coordinates with GCC's Third Party Civil testing and Inspection Agency for the implementation of the Project quality Plan, which covers the phases of civil works portion of the project and all necessary QA/QC documentation. Responsibilities for all civil inspection activities of this project including excavation, trenching, Concrete foundation, steel supports, pre-cast concrete panels, block walling, building exterior & interior finishes, asphalt paving work etc. Inspection & Checking of materials per client requirement prior to installation
Preparation of Quality Assurance documentation for monthly billing purpose A new 56" diameter by approximately 150 kilometers long pipeline from EWPS-1 toEWPS-3. Scraper Launcher (per project proposal drawings) at EWPS-1 with handling facilities and all associated Scraper Receiver (per project proposal drawings) at EWPS-3 with handling facilities and all associated kicker lines, equalizing lines, Mainline valve assemblies complete with full-flow bypass, blow down line, instrumentations for remote control operability. Hot tapping for jump over at Civil / Structural works associated with construction of scraper launcher/receiver facilities and main line isolation valve stations including site preparation, grading foundations, access platforms, pipe supports, anchors, marl roadways, drainage, fencing etc. Installation of right-of-way (R.O.W) along the entire length of the 56” 56" Install East- West Sales Gas pipeline extension Sales Gas pipeline. Temporary Facilities including office buildings and living accommodations including communication temporary communication setup. Thrust boring and open-cut pipeline installations on existing roads and highway as per project proposal drawings

Under the direction of Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MINPET), Saudi Aramco has committed to supplying sales gas to be used as feedstock and fuel to the petrochemical industries
