Prepared and substantiated claims exceeding Rs.700 Cr on a Rs.1, 500+ Cr highway project covering prolongation, HO overheads, loss of profit, interest, and contractor’s profit, supporting management negotiations for additional scope. Developed Rs.300+ Cr prolongation claims for a Rs.400 Cr thermal plant and Rs.300+ Cr claims on a Rs.1, 000+ Cr tunnel project, aiding negotiations on LD exposure and entitlement. Prepared EOT applications extending timelines up to 120% of the contract period, mitigating LD risk on RVNL tunnel works. Finalized rates for nonschedule variations enabling Rs.50+ Cr payment certification through revised analyses and negotiations with PMC/client. Drafted FIDIC notices including changeinlaw claims, tracked BGs, recoveries, and insurance renewals, and maintained a centralized digital correspondence system improving retrieval for claims, audits, and dispute reference.

• Integrated revised BOQs, anticipated variations, new scope of work, and accepted rates from eight packages with
separately awarded Contracts of RVNLs Vizianagaram-Titlagarh additional third line track project into a Board
compliant format revised estimate exceeding ₹5, 000 Cr, projecting over 100% quantity and additional scope
variations with 20% price variation. Coordinated with RVNLs S&T, Electrical, and Finance departments leading to
Railway Board approval and securing project funding for the client.
• Reviewed contractor claims, variations, and EOT submissions and recommended appropriate contractual positions
to the client, enabling handover of two of the four sections of the project (package-03) in line with approved
extension of time.

• Supported site execution and contract administration by coordinating measurements, assisting in billing and
variation proposals, and maintaining work records for railway civil works.
