DURATION 48 Months COST OF THE PROJECT 220 crores MY RESPONSIBILITIES ➢ Organizing all civil works including Earth excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring & all finishes ➢ Organizing the Execution of shuttering & Reinforcement works ➢ Preparation of Reinforcement Schedules ➢ Organizing all services related works namely Electrical & Plumbing ➢ Preparation of RA BILLS Reinforcement for Labour Contractors ➢ Coordinating with Architects & Structural Consultants Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates. ♦Fore casting of Men & Materials enable to complete the Project in a stipulated time. ♦Ensure adherente to safety standards established by the company. ♦Conceptual planning of the Project. ♦ Planning and Estimation of site infrastructure. ♦ Timely submission of monthly RA bills, purchase bills.
