• Ensure smooth running of the morning section daily in Coordination with Principal and Vice-Principal.
• Observe lessons of teachers regularly together with HODs and Middle leaders and help in improving the teaching/learning in classes.
• Ensure the quality of teaching and learning across the session through regular lesson observations, notebook scrutiny and learning walks and give feedback to staff and inform them of the next step and discuss with HODs and Vice Principal the ongoing CPD needs for the Phase.
