My role entailed me in supporting my Store Manager in running the store and in delivering the best customer service. I also spent most of my time on the shop floor working with the staff, maximising store performance, booking and banking, developing the store processes, managing the staff and performing against targets.

My role entailed serving customers and assisting team members. I was responsible for cash and stock control, more precisely, banking and stock taking and operating the till.

I was responsible for assisting the customers and team members, stocking the shelves and making sure the store was well maintained.

My role entailed a lot of customer interaction, serving customers front of house and on the Drive-thru. I was responsible for food preparation, cleanliness and health and safety. I also dealt with any customer complaints that arose.

My role was to teach and help the underprivileged women folk and children in the rural villages and sometimes in the deep forests. I along with few other volunteers also assisted in building homes for them.
