Project Officer
- Supervise and follow-up the contingency plan Assistive devices to be purchased and stored in CP five partners warehouses in collaboration with Admin / log department
- Ensure project team activities plans are elaborated on time and validated by PM
- Ensure project team activities are being implemented in line with TA advices and validation
- Participate in the development of regular plan of action and to regularly evaluate the projects progress in line with the defined project objectives
- Collect and report on the weekly planning of project team members to PM
- Ensure the setup and use of monitoring tools ( reports, forms etc) for the partners and HI project team
- Participate in the redaction of the project's report for the different donors in accordance with their guidelines
- Report on a weekly basis on project activities progress, constraints to the Project manager and compile monthly activities report in collaboration with project team and send to PM.
- Analyze data (statistics, reports, etc.) and make relevant propositions for project activities.
- responsible for establishing the archive system of the project and ensure project activities documents are filed properly
- Provide information and direct technical support to RMO in the running of outreach and center based teams.
- Assist and follow up the RMO in the needs assessment preparation for outreach and center based teams
- Assist and follow up the RMO in the update of assessment tools to be used by outreach and center based teams
- Assist and follow up the RMO in the preparation, trainings, and follow up to outreach and center based teams beneficiaries satisfaction surveys.
- Assist the RMO and TA in the field technical follow up for the outreach and center based teams.
