Which consists of Six multistory buildings with infrastructure, health clubs, Swimming pools, restaurants, Specialized industrial type kitchens, substation, sanitary and sewer line systems, power distribution system, Pump rooms and meter room buildings. Total value of the project is 250 million SAR.
Construction of GOSI investment residential project -- which consists of total development of 580000 M2 land with Site development and earth works, 408 villas, 208 apartments, 18 multi story buildings, two mosques, schools, infrastructure, roads, Asphalt work, substations, lift stations, sanitary and sewer line systems, power distribution system, Pump rooms and meter room buildings. Total value of the project is 933 million SAR.
Modification of King Fahad Cause Way (off shore Bridge connecting Saudi and Bahrain with a central Island) international boarder construction. Which consists of Substations, Customs Buildings, Emigration Building, International highways, Planning and feasibility study for the GCC Railway network.
Construction of Al Uqair Beach and infrastructures Including industrial buildings for Aramco. Which consists of reclaiming the land, Roads, Recreation buildings, Steel buildings, Ware houses and bullet, Explosion proof security buildings, Play areas, Restaurants, Roads, Hardscaping and landscaping works.
