Handling the overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment for the Company (Including initial contact, collecting interview feedback, salary negotiation, ongoing communication through timely offer or rejection and on-boarding)
Develop candidate pipelines through cold calling, email outreach and networking; by utilize various tools and channels, such as internal resources and applications, active job boards, social media and network referrals.
Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with Management.
Conduct background verification/reference checks for the qualified candidates by using the appropriate tools.
Preparing offer letter, employment contract letter and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation
HR Administration
Entering the employee details and updating the HRIS system
Maintaining employees’ personal files and records, communicating HR policies across the organization.
Maintaining PF records and preparing various letters like confirmation letter, increment letter, warning letter etc.
Assisting in the exit process for the employees. Developing various reports for the management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.

- Involved in end-to-end recruitment activities like sourcing, screening, scheduling and negotiation.
- Recruited and hired candidates for Contract, Fixed-term contract and Permanent jobs
- Utilizing various sourcing method like job boards (Jobsite, CW jobs, CV library), Linkedin etc
- Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients.
- Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
- Co-ordinate with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
- Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectation

* Maintain and promote a vital link between the clients and candidates.
* Design and prepare the relevant job descriptions for any level of designation as per the
requirement.
* Drafting and graphic designing of advertisements on illustrator software for media
publishing
* Shortlist and conduct one to one candidate interviews and prepare interview reports based
on candidates’ attitude and skill set
